Unfortunately, they took over 3 hours for a scheduled oil change. This has been consistent with our service visits. They seem nonchalant and not concerned with customer satisfaction. This location also does not offer the amenities that the Hampton Honda dealership has. After this last service appt, we will make the trek for better service and it will take less time, even with a 30 min drive the Hampton. More

None of the personnel at Priority came off that way. Korbie is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He didn’t complain or gripe when he had to get a vehicle in the pouring rain. You can definitely tell he loves his job and he is great at it. Korbie is even taking the time to teach me about all of the features of my new vehicle. I will most definitely only go to Korbie when my family needs another new vehicle in a few years when my daughter graduates college or when my youngest daughter starts driving.
