Our first inquiry was by email, Brittany replied. I called the dealership and spoke with D. Moore, one of the sales manager. Brittany was not in he answered some questions. I called the dealership the next morning and told them I was on my way. This review is specifically for Brittany Dasher. I visited Classic Nissan on June 30, 2023. Brittany was very personable and professional. I had specific questions I wanted answered. How much for my trade in 330RX Lexus and if I was interested in financing, instead of a cash deal, what would the interest rate be? In comes Duran, another sales manager, very pushy, very demeaning to Brittany. I was very uncomfortable with him and asked to deal with D. Moore. I then went on a text drive with Brittney where I was able to calm down as she is so very calm and nice! When we returned, Duran came back to the cubicle and again made my blood pressure raise, as he was very pushy, borderline bully! He acknowledged that he was told I did not want to deal with him, so I Did Not Know Why he was aloud to return to deal with me. He even followed me out into the parking lot still conversing. It was Very Very unprofessional. I feel bad for Brittany as Duran definitely made her lose a sale! I hope someone there can realize the potential and dynamic of Brittany! More
Today, I visited this dealership with the intent of buying a car. I had picked a car on line, verified that it was available and scheduled an appointment with Ishmael. As soon as we arrived we were immediately passed on to a different salesperson who could not locate the aforementioned car. It did not exist! This blatant bait and switch was a very poor way to start a potential sale. We then looked at a 2023 with a $5,000 mark up from the MRSP and a final price of over $33,000. When we inquired about other cars for sale, the salesperson was woefully uninformed about inventory and how to acquire a car for us. He said that only his manager could access cars on his computer. We asked for the manager who was totally dismissive of us and seemingly uninterested in selling us a car. By now, we were somewhat in shock as to how we were being treated. We made one final attempt to get a good faith offer on the $33,000+ car and the price we were given was $40,000! The level of incompetency we experienced was beyond any thing we had encountered before. We left, went to the Toyota dealership, were treated with respect, given an honest and fair price. The contrast was was like night and day and I bought the car in less than an hour. This Nissan dealership has a lot to learn in how to sell cars and treat customers. More

Do not buy from this dealership. The F&I representative Kenneth Bates set up financing through one of the dealerships lenders at a good rate on a used car, 3.84% and was set for an The F&I representative Kenneth Bates set up financing through one of the dealerships lenders at a good rate on a used car, 3.84% and was set for an ACH, automatic withdrawal. When the first payment was due, no withdrawal had been completed. I tried to contact MECU credit union multiple times with no success. I then called Kenneth Bates to ask him why the payment had not been withdrawn, he said it could take an extra week. A week goes by, still no withdrawal. I tried calling MECU multiple times to have the call dropped or sit on hold for over 15 minutes. Then I receive a letter saying my payment was late and owed a late fee. How is the payment late when the payment was to be automatically withdrawn from my account?? I go to the dealership for an explanation and was told that it was out their hands because they have already been funded. The General Manager Alvin calls me to discuss the issue and had no concern that his lender left his customer out to dry. He stated that the dealership has been paid by MECU and all my concerns need to be addressed with the credit union his dealership financed me through. So, basically, I am of no interest to him as his customer since he has already made his money. This has been the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. I should have just left the building when the Finance rep Kenneth got involved in the deal with all of his shady numbers, gap, warranty, fabric treatment, etc. Service department: I go in for an oil change and the service advisor Cindy says I need additional services, i.e. fuel injection cleaning and a brake fluid exchange, both are tagged with the line "needs immediate attention." The Carfax report issued by this dealership states that a "brake fluid flush" had been performed 4,000 miles prior to the oil change I was in for. So did they dealership perform the flush when they entered it into the prep for sale service or was this a lie. Or did the service advisor just lie to me to make the extra money while I was in for the oil change?? Either way, they tried to get over on the extra service. I will never step foot in this dealership again. The only person who has been honest was my salesman Ishmael, a young, hardworking, and goal oriented individual. More
