This dealership is to refund me for Gap Insurance that I canceled. I spoke to Bill Price on the phone in July of this year 2024.. he confirmed the cancellation and said I will get my refund in 2 weeks. It’s canceled. Mike Timmons, the Finance Manager was very unprofessional and walked out of the office and said “be like that” when I told him I was not interested in purchasing additional finance products.
