I bought a used car from them in June. I purchased a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country mini-van. I traded in a VERY beatup 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager mini-van that I'm sure the staff has nightmares about 2006 Chrysler Town and Country mini-van. I traded in a VERY beatup 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager mini-van that I'm sure the staff has nightmares about!! They were wonderful, were easy to deal with, very accomodating, and I love the car. Nate drove all the way to Classic Madison to bring the car to Mentor for me to see. While Nate was at his military weekend, Pete covered and was very helpful. I recently had the oil changed and tires rotated and the service department was wonderful also! I don't remember the lady's name in the service department but she was very nice and helpful. In reference to the question below about "how did I find out about you" 26 years ago I bought a car from Classic and it was a very positive experience then also. More

I went to this dealer knowing very little about the car I was looking at. They told me about it I went and did my homework to be sure they were correct and not just trying to make a sale. They were correct about everything. They also offered some options as far as models and options. There was no pressure to buy that's why I bought. More
We were Internet customers. For us, it was the first time ever buying a car over the Internet. BTW, we're in our late 60's and live in a retirement community in mid-Florida. Bill Cheraso was terrific thoughout the process! He was careful to describe things accurately and he diligently re-checked specific areas we inquired about before answering our questions. His communication skills are excellent and his follow-up by email was always on-point. The car arrived as described and has been great. Some months after purchase, I discovered that the jack was missing. I contacted Bill Cheraso and although there was certainly no contractual obligation remaining, he located a jack and sent it to us. What a guy! I would certainly do business with him and Classic Mazda again. BTW, our daily-driver is a 2007 Honda Accord 4-dr. EX-L. It has been modified to also function as a towed vehicle behind our RV. We have no intention of trading it yet as we intend to retain and use our RV for at least one more year. When we are ready to replace our Honda, you better believe that we will be checking with Bill and CLassic Mazda as a part of our buying process. More
The service at Classic Mazda was very good, as usual. The staff is friendly and answer any questions I have. Today's service was for an oil change and Mazda recall fix of the power steering. It was performed efficiently and in the time frame I was told. The only improvement I could think of woiuld be to provide a loaner car for long repairs/service. I live 20 minutes away and cannot always get a ride to and from the dealership . But I'm not sure any dealers do this any more. Overall, I find the service very good—whic is why I am willing to drive from a neighboring city. th More
