I purchased 3 cars from this classic mazda dealership in Mentor and have been overall satisfied with my experience's at this dealership. For this last visit, the salesman I dealt with was easy to work with Mentor and have been overall satisfied with my experience's at this dealership. For this last visit, the salesman I dealt with was easy to work with and did not push anything on me. He worked with me to get the best deal and was quick to get a response. I brought my car in because the automatic starter shuts off as soon as you open the door. After the car being there half a day, the service department said that it was a manufacture install and there was n off as soon as you open the door. After the car being there half a day, the service department said that it was a manufacture install and there was nothing they could do. I know other new cars (Mazdas) do not do this with a factory installed automatice car starter. Also, if this problem was known as a "factory" install defect, why didn't the service department know this and tell me before I brought it in. I do not believe that Mazda, the corporation, would be satisfied with such a disfunctional automatic starter. The service department gave me Mazda's number to call. I really felt that this was something they should have pursued, since I bought the car from them. More
