It’s been about a month since I’ve had her and she still drives so beautifully. Javier was also amazing. He was able to work with my mileage and my monthly payment to extend my warranty for my CPO to fit into my month budget. This is my 3rd Mazda from Classic, and each experience has been smooth and seamless. As an out-of-town buyer, the ability to choose my car from their online inventory and to complete the application and approval process in advance, is incredibly helpful. The digital resources and tools available through Classic and Mazda as a whole are second to none. All I have to do is show up, grab a cup of coffee, and the team takes care of the rest. I am so grateful for the timeliness and efficiency of the team at Classic. I am loyal to Mazda as a brand, but more importantly, I am loyal to Classic, and will be for life! As someone who has worked in customer service and management for years, I was appalled by the unprofessionalism and complete lack of basic customer care exhibited by Anthony Fatica during my visit to management for years, I was appalled by the unprofessionalism and complete lack of basic customer care exhibited by Anthony Fatica during my visit to this dealership. I was given an offer over the phone and via text (so I had proof), but when I arrived at the showroom, it became clear that it was a classic bait-and-switch situation. When I brought this to Anthony's attention, he became defensive, raised his voice, and dismissively told me, "I can get you your keys, and you can go elsewhere." This is an unacceptable way to treat any customer, let alone one who had come in with genuine interest in making a deal. As someone who manages teams, I know that this kind of behavior would be grounds for serious corrective action, if not termination. Customer service is the foundation of any successful business, and the experience I had here was the exact opposite of what I would expect from a reputable dealership. My wife and I both lease vehicles, meaning they had the potential for recurring business, but that opportunity is now lost. I’ll gladly drive 45 minutes to Brunswick Mazda, where I know I’ll be treated with respect and professionalism. It’s no wonder their showroom was nearly empty—this kind of service is a glaring indicator of deeper issues within their team and management. If I could give zero stars, I would. More
