The management at Classic Mazda does not care about their customers. My screen stopped working and nothing in the manual could explain it. I said surely there must be something I can try first--such as a button someplace--before dedicating an entire afternoon to servicing. They said no, I must bring it in. So I brought it in and, guess what: the service tech just pressed a button on the dash. Apparently, the volume button doubles as a screen on-off switch, but for some reason the manual doesn't say this. An afternoon wasted because Classic Mazda management apparently puts no effort into considering their customers' time. More
Worst Mazda Dealer ever, They wanted to charge over $1060 to install 4 TPMS sensors in my daughters wheels. Sensors at Mazda Direct where $85, another local dealer had them for $120 plus install. Basically t to install 4 TPMS sensors in my daughters wheels. Sensors at Mazda Direct where $85, another local dealer had them for $120 plus install. Basically they wanted over $500 labor to install, REALLY??? These Guys are a JOKE!! Maybe better yet, they are trying to take advantage of a young girl?? NEVER AGAIN!!!! More

Good service after the sale by getting two complete key spare FOBS from the service department. They quoted 1+30 hr/min to do the procedure and thats what it took. Called service consultant couple of times and left voice messages, and no answer or returned my calls back. I didn’t receive a detailed estimate of the required repairs, I only received price. I'm currently not very happy with this dealership. I've been going there since 2020 with relatively no issues. However, that all changed this very week. I had my car serviced on Tuesday. I waited for a little over an hour, no biggie, that's common and I understand this wait. The service was complete and I left. Upon arriving home, I notice an air filter on the floorboard of my passenger side. I immediately call Mazda, they ask if I am nearby, I'm not, so they tell me they're going to relay this information to my service advisor, Jakob. I'm told he'll be calling me back shortly. That never happens. Wednesday rolls around, I work near the dealership so I call to see if I can swing by to make sure this filter situation is resolved. Maybe it was never replaced to begin with? Maybe it was and this is an extra filter accidentally left behind? I don't know! I'm told that this will be reported to Jakob, again, and that he'd contact me soon. Fine. Thursday now rolls around (today) and nothing. I call back. Jakob is now on vacation. The girl on the phone "can't find another advisor" but she can set me up for an appointment to have my car looked at. An appointment? I've already been to and left my appointment this week! If that's not bad enough, I ask if there's any record of my efforts to contact Jakob in the system. NOPE! She tells me the last thing she sees on my record is that I had a service appointment the previous Tuesday, nothing else. Are you kidding me?? I've been calling for days and nothing has been recorded. Now I have no time in the next couple of weeks to make it in and no one else seems to want to help me. I'll likely YouTube how to check/fix my own air filter. Thanks for partial car service and ZERO customer service. Not impressed. More
