Ashley, We sincerely apologize for the filter being left behind. We have already talked to the technician team who serviced your car about this issue. I had Glenn our service advisor call you last night, and it's my understanding you are stopping-by before work at 10:30 today. Julie, our Service Manager, wants to ask about the phone process, from your perspective, which did not work properly. We obviously have a communication break-down. We record and track every call, so when we find your calls we will certainly correct this situation. We have processes which should have taken quick care of you, but obviously did not. Thank you for following up Chad. Glenn and Julie were awesome yesterday in making sure the filter was properly placed. Julie explained to me where she thinks the miscommunication with the phone process likely occurred and I understand, these things happen. Yesterday was handled very professionally. That's the service I'm used to when dealing with Mazda. You won't lose my loyalty for this one hiccup. Thank you, again, for checking in. Have A great weekend.

This was my first time taking my Mazda 3 to this location. Amazing outstanding service from the moment I pulled up through leaving at the end. They send you a video tour of your vehicle they walk under it show you everything they are checking. Service was fast very good prices at least for what I had done they go as far as putting a cover over your steering wheel and your key fob into a baggie to keep them safe from grease and all.i will be considering this my cars new home for servicing. Thanks to the entire team at Classic Honda for caring about the customer and making them feel like part of the family!!
