I moved here four years ago and bought a car to the best place in the world. They are the kindest, sweetest people they seem to help me I’m kind of elderly and I don’t know a lot of people and they really d place in the world. Classic bait & switch complementary oil change and tire rotation coupon from Mazda email. No where on the email/coupon does it clarified that the offer only is applicable where we purchased the vehicle ( rotation coupon from Mazda email. No where on the email/coupon does it clarified that the offer only is applicable where we purchased the vehicle (Mazda Clearwater) - only stated that we would need to take it to any Classic Mazda location. Typical dealer experience in Orlando FL, dealers always trying to get over on you. Wish I can address this with Mazda directly. More
I bought a 2019 Mazda3 hatchback from Classic Mazda in 2018. The car has performed as I expected. The service has been as expected. The only time I have ever had an issue was the last time I sent the car 2018. The car has performed as I expected. The service has been as expected. The only time I have ever had an issue was the last time I sent the car in for scheduled maintenance, which was Nov '23. There was a noise inside the drivers side console that turned out to be something to do with insulation. Their work was satisfactory, but it took one month to fix, during which I was driving a loaner. When I got my car back, they had emptied the contents of the glovebox onto the floor in front of the passenger seat. The car was not washed or cleaned. It was filthy. There were fingerprints on the glass, inside and outside. Had I not been in such a rush to get my car back, I would have said something, but again, I wanted to drive my own car after four weeks. I guess I should have said something then. I realize this is a Mazda as opposed to a Mercedes or a Lexus, but the dealership chooses how to present the vehicle to the customer/owner. More
I visited the Service center at Classic Mazda and must say that it was the most impressive experience that I have ever had with a dealership Service department. Not only do you receive a thorough review say that it was the most impressive experience that I have ever had with a dealership Service department. Not only do you receive a thorough review and explanation of any and all issues found with your vehicle in the form of a video walkaround, but all of their communication is electronic and easy to follow. This makes it very easy to understand what is wrong with your vehicle and most importantly, what needs to be done to correct the issue. I would highly recommend Classic Mazda Service department for any vehicle maintenance you may need. More
