Our experience with the parts department at this dealership started out poorly. We were trying to order a dealer-only item and had an issue communicating with the employees in the department about t dealership started out poorly. Also, had a problem with getting them to answer the phone and return calls. We wrote a poor review on another site and the next morning the parts manager called us and asked about the situation. He did not resolve it, but did offer an explanation as to what had happened. The next morning the manager called us again and had managed to locate a used part because it turned out the part we needed was on back order until mid-April. I was impressed that, #1- a company was so worried about a customer experience and took steps to immediately resolve it and #2- they took extra steps to help us solve our problem at that point. Not many company's care about customer service anymore. We will use them in the future because I know that they try to provide good customer service and make things right when there was a mix-up or misunderstanding. More

Only reason I come here is following my former forman tech who transfered to this dealership. Have purchased 4 Mazdas in the past and only this master tech is the only one to work on them and keep them tech who transfered to this dealership. Have purchased 4 Mazdas in the past and only this master tech is the only one to work on them and keep them in perfect condition!! The service writers on every occassion were short, snippy and not very well adept at policies, pricing, or customer satisfaction. Work orders were generated for things I did not ask for and "hidden" prices for "record keeping" ie vehicle histories on my autos were charged to my bill. These were corrected only when I examined and complained about them. Mistakes on discounts were common place and broken out so that only a CPA could figure out how they arrived at the price. Overall cleanliness is a joke at this dealership. I only come back because of the quality work my tech performs and always by appointment so he is the only one working on my vehicle.
