Classic Mazda in Orlando, FL overall typically does EXCELLENT maintenance & repair. This dealership is among the best organized & cleanest dealerships that I have EVER experienced with LOTS OF CREATURE EXCELLENT maintenance & repair. This dealership is among the best organized & cleanest dealerships that I have EVER experienced with LOTS OF CREATURE COMFORTS (including snacks) for those (like me) who wish to wait on their vehicles. The employees appear to function very well together like a "well-oiled team". My ONLY "gripe" is that on my last visit a few days ago, their COFFEE/HOT CHOCLATE MACHINE was out of order because that machine makes the BEST HOT CHOCLATE IN ORLANDO, FL! I actually "crave" having a cup of that hot chocolate as I am driving to the dealership for service, & it has always been available in the past. Hopefully, on my next visit it will be functional again. This is a pretty "nit picky" complaint but it's the ONLY one I have! More
