This is absolutely the most friendly and HONEST and open dealership I have ever dealt with in over 30 years of buying cars!! Several reasons to buy from CLASSIC MAZDA: - Advertised price with NO gimmi dealership I have ever dealt with in over 30 years of buying cars!! Several reasons to buy from CLASSIC MAZDA: - Advertised price with NO gimmicks. Really, it was hard to believe they weren't going to throw some curve xxxxx in the deal, but NEVER did. As a matter of fact, they helped me LOWER my purchase price from the internet price with Loyalty incentives, etc. Unreal!! Other dealers advertise their internet pricing, then you show up and they explain how you must first qualify for certain programs to get that low internet price. NOT at CLASSIC MAZDA. The price was the ACTUAL price. When another dealership I had been talking to as well discovered that I was also talking with Classic Mazda, they then offered to price match. Too late I said, I'm sticking with the dealership who was honest and open from the get-go. - Trading in a car. The management at Classic actually appraised my trade together with me, showing me not only the dealer Black Book value, Kelly Blue Book, etc, but also the comps online with them. They offered me over $1500 MORE than several other dealerships I had visited without any hasstle at all. Shocked I was, but very happy. - FRIENDLY, but not the fake friendly you find at other dealerships. I felt that the entire staff I worked with in purchasing my new Mazda cared about my desires. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership, CLASSIC MAZDA. I personally believe one would be remiss if they didn't buy their Mazda car at Classic. My salesman, Bob Newland, was absolutely fantastic as well. Highly recommend you ask for him as well. More
The 'no haggle' price offered over the internet at Classic Mazda was much better than the prices offered in the nearby city where I live. I spoke with Chito over the phone and he assured me there w at Classic Mazda was much better than the prices offered in the nearby city where I live. I spoke with Chito over the phone and he assured me there would be no add ons or surprises, just the advertised price plus tag, tax, title and the $699 dealer fee. I drove over 100 miles to get this deal as it was almost $2,000 less than the dealers were offering in my city. When I arrived at Classic Mazda it was buzzing with activity. The dealership had plenty of selection and a sales person, Matt, greeted me quickly. Matt took me straight to the car I had asked about with Chito and we took a test drive. The SUV was exactly what I wanted. The used car manager quickly assessed my trade and offered me slightly more money than I had been expecting. The internet price was honored, no surprises were added on, a contract was written and I have a new car! Cynthia, the finance manager, was funny, witty, and spot on with her job. The entire experience was exceptional and I drove back home (another 100 miles) knowing I had just had the best car buying experience I've ever had in the numerous times I have bought new cars. I would highly recommend Classic Mazda to anyone. More

Our experience with the parts department at this dealership started out poorly. We were trying to order a dealer-only item and had an issue communicating with the employees in the department about t dealership started out poorly. We were trying to order a dealer-only item and had an issue communicating with the employees in the department about the part and when it would be in. Also, had a problem with getting them to answer the phone and return calls. We wrote a poor review on another site and the next morning the parts manager called us and asked about the situation. He did not resolve it, but did offer an explanation as to what had happened. The next morning the manager called us again and had managed to locate a used part because it turned out the part we needed was on back order until mid-April. I was impressed that, #1- a company was so worried about a customer experience and took steps to immediately resolve it and #2- they took extra steps to help us solve our problem at that point. Not many company's care about customer service anymore. We will use them in the future because I know that they try to provide good customer service and make things right when there was a mix-up or misunderstanding. More
I had some issues at first with the used car I bought. After taking it for inspection at another dealership (who shall remain nameless), I was told I needed to do about $3000 worth of work. This was a ca After taking it for inspection at another dealership (who shall remain nameless), I was told I needed to do about $3000 worth of work. This was a cash deal of $6500 on a clean Subaru Legacy they had taken as a trade. So I was surprised and very concerned to say the least because dropping that kind of money into this car after paying market price for it didn't make any sense. So I took the car back and my sales person Jim asked me if I'd leave the car so their mechanics could look at it to see if maybe they somehow missed something. I left the car and got a call about an hour later from the GM Chad who wanted to know if I'd come down and meet with them and go over my concerns. With the car on the lift, I went out to the shop with Chad and met with Fernando, one of their mechanics. Being mechanically inclined myself, I jumped at the opportunity to poke around under the car without having to crawl underneath it. I went over the car with Fernando, and after getting a good look at it first hand, and discussing the matter with them, I was feeling a little better about the situation, but still had my concerns. As we were standing under the car, I suddenly remembered that I knew a guy who was a Subaru mechanic that I'd like to take the car too. Sensing my lingering apprehension, Chad said at that time if my mechanic said the car needed the kind of work the other dealership said, he would refund my money and send the car to the auction. Well long story long, my mechanic absolutely loved the car and said it was a great find. He did find a value cover gasket that need to be replaced and upon informing Chad of that issue, he wrote me a check for the repair cost and I had my mechanic replace the gasket, a mere $250 job. A far cry from the $3000 the other dealership quoted. The car is running great, we got a great deal, and above all had a great experience at Mazda Classic East. Thanks Chad, Jim, and Fernando!!! As if it needs to be said, I highly recommend this place for you next new or used car purchase. More
Loved my experience here! Maja was friendly, patient, and thorough. I made a few return visits to try out different vehicles, and compared with other area dealerships- this one felt right. Not at all pushy, thorough. I made a few return visits to try out different vehicles, and compared with other area dealerships- this one felt right. Not at all pushy, quick and easy. Being my first car buying experience, I know this was the way to go. I'll be happy to return for all my service as needed to this establishment. More

I purchased a 2011 Mazda 3 4-door hatchback in dark silver, and the service was great. I first spoke to Victor who was more than helpful to my questions and concerns. He took me out for a test drive silver, and the service was great. I first spoke to Victor who was more than helpful to my questions and concerns. He took me out for a test drive in the car and I fell in love. I came back to purchase a few days later and unfortunaltely Victor was off, but Eric came to help me and he was very kind and patient with me. My overall experience there was a positive one, they worked with me with pricing and financing, and I left with a new car and no worries (: All of the employees there were very nice and helpful towards me and I appreciated it. Great team and atmosphere! I would definately recommend that dealer to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda or used car! More
Classic Mazda Like many people, I love car shows and Classic Mazda Like many people, I love car shows and test drives but hate going through the 4 hour dealer orchestrated sales gauntlet to actual Classic Mazda Like many people, I love car shows and test drives but hate going through the 4 hour dealer orchestrated sales gauntlet to actually buy one. Necessity recently brought me to the Orlando car market. I've kept up with the current best models and eliminated Camrays, Accords and GMs sedans. That left Sonata and Mazda6 as starting points. I rented a Sonata and was disappointed with its wandering front-end and intrusive console but really liked the looks and engine. Classic Mazda was my nearest dealer and seemed a good next step. Sam Moreno, the non-comissioned Consultant, let me test drive several models without rushing to move me inside to start closing. I liked the handling and more substantial feel of the Mazda6 and that it almost looked as good as the Sonata. Now came the next step: what would the car cost us? Cleverly, Classic Mazda had a large sign on the window with a real price. They called it "Buy Smart Price" but instead of the MSRP with a bunch of questionable additional charges like most dealers it was MSRP with a healthy discount resulting in a price a buyer could feel good about. He confirmed it was the real price, but I had my doubts. We checked several other dealers but none would quote a real price without the negotiation gauntlet. I went back to Sam, who came in on his day off and told him I was ready to see a final price. He did turn me over to the finance guy, but only to check my credit and paper work. I left in less than 2 hours after we started with the car I wanted at the price I expected. What a novel way to sell a car! More
