Bob was great but Eddie equally rude Robert Newland assisted very well and made the transaction very smooth. On Memorial day I bought Mazda 6 GT with tech package. And same for the guy who assisted us on signing the paperwork. The reason I rated the dealership a 3 is because of a guy called Eddie in finance . A very rude guy and does not deserve to be in a front office environment. While signing up for the car and buying insurance on phone I stepped back in the room where I was speaking with Bob. This time it was Eddie sitting there and he literally asked us to move out of the room as it was his cabin. Really!!!! Shocked!!!! Bob and Chito did apologize for this guy's action. Wanted to speak with the GM...neither was he available and nor did he bother to call back. Again, Bob was great and he did try to cover up and because of that I ended up buying, else one should have stepped out the very moment one gets that kind of a rude Treatment when you are spending the dollars I will write to the Mazda CEO as well More
