Be wary We stopped in to buy a Nissan Leaf. Test drove the car and sat down to do paperwork. Finane rep comes out and advises she had two offers one for Capit We stopped in to buy a Nissan Leaf. Test drove the car and sat down to do paperwork. Finane rep comes out and advises she had two offers one for Capital One Auto and the other with some other bank. Capital One at 10.51 and the other at 14 and some change. They said initially they would not do the deal with Capital One. We called Capital One to see why and they advised that the dealership cannot refuse the deal, which they obviously did. We decided to leave and then the sales rep, and the finance rep call to advise they could do the deal. By this time we were at another dealership. We did our homework going in and knew the Capital One showed a rate of 7 and some change so the 10.51 was a lot higher than the initial figures. We ended up purchasing at Off Lease Orlando on a Leaf that was a year newer, 10K less miles. We spent the same amount because Classic has the nerve to charge a dealer fee of 699. My advice is if you go in you had better have your financing arranged and be prepared to walk. I will never, ever consider doing business with this organization in the future. Our rep David was very pleasant but the GM and the finance rep are not to be trusted. I would not have an oil change or any work done here, not would I recommend my friends or family to do business here. More

Great Customer service. Classic Mazda Service department was the definition of customer service. I needed new tires for my Mazda3 and they were able to get it done within a Classic Mazda Service department was the definition of customer service. I needed new tires for my Mazda3 and they were able to get it done within a short period of time. They allowed me to use promotional coupons and I got a great set of tires for a good price and also had the oil changed. All this without a scheduled appointment. Truly awesome service. Him and his team made me feel very comfortable and confident in the purchase of my new 2014 Hyundai Sonata. At first I was hesitant because I had just come from a sleazy dealer. However, I felt very reassured by Bob who was very honest and provided me with excellent customer service and the great conversation that we made during the process of my purchase.
