I have never dealt with this dealership and I do not even live in the state. I contacted them requesting a call back if they acquired a certain type of car that I wanted. I'm a "ready to buy" buyer with cash and a trade-in. Heads up to those fortunate enough to have their own financing, cash is no good at this dealership. Great experience from start to finish buying a 2022 Miata RF. Classic was the only dealer with views into arriving inventory so I was able to see the specific vehicle I wanted was in transit. I was on vacation when my vehicle arrived (a month earlier than expected) and he sent me a video of the car right after it was unloaded from the truck, and a second video when he knew I'd be landing back at MCO. Very poor service experience. The tech botched the valve cover replacement on my CX-5 and I ended up having oil all over the top and front of the engine. Then I had to wait severa The tech botched the valve cover replacement on my CX-5 and I ended up having oil all over the top and front of the engine. Then I had to wait several more days for the parts to be ordered because they don’t stock many parts. Fortunately, after a third visit to this shop, my car was properly repaired. And sadly, after loosing so much oil due to their ineptness…the service ticket did not show that any oil was added to get the oil level back up. So I ended up having to do an out of cycle oil and filter change just to be safe. Caveat emptor wrt this service department. More
