My first response from my email from Autotrader Alex had gone to the car I was interested in and shot a video calling me by name as he walked around the exterior and then to t email from Autotrader Alex had gone to the car I was interested in and shot a video calling me by name as he walked around the exterior and then to the inside all the time telling me the options and features. Brandon was able to do all transactions online going so far as having to do it twice because I put the car in mine and my daughters name. Also emailed me as soon as my shipper had picked up the car.
