This was my first time taking my Mazda 3 to this location. Amazing outstanding service from the moment I pulled up through leaving at the end. Mazda has always provided outstanding quality service, but this time the young new mech's shaky and inaudible video was not an optimal presentation. This took a few brief minutes to remedy, but I still had to return to be completely satisfied. Please retrain so this easy oversight could be eliminated in the future. More
