The whole team is very good - Chet, Sean, Tracey and Taruj. The price was the best amongst other dealers. When we went there, they had the car ready for test drive. The paperwork went by fast. No sales pressure. No pressure to add unnecessary items to the car purchase. No shady tactics. They maintained transparency through the whole process. Chet knew the car in and out and patiently showed us how to use different features. My wife didn’t want to drive back in the rain storm, so they delivered the car to our home for free. More

You told me I was approved for lease at $536 monthly and 0 down. They didn’t even have that model there to check out?? More runaround! What the xxxx, you folks must enjoy messing with people, I wasted time, gas, and ran a credit check, For nothing, the salesman tried to upsell the most expensive model as soon we got there! I am so upset and disappointed the way we were treated, and your boss Rick Danca was of no help, just excuses. I hope you and your boss burn in xxxx, freaking liars. . More

Immediately upon calling the dealership I had asked for a knowledgeable salesperson that would be straight forward and easy to work with. This car purchase was especially complicated as it was for my mother and Peter had the task of educating me on the car of my mother’s choosing, helping to ensure that she received all of the options she had wanted and seeing to it that our price requirements were met. I am happy to say that Mr. Smith was successful in each of these objectives and he had accomplished this in a very efficient manner. I had some initial phone conversations with him. Next I net with him to secure the price and order the car. At the end of the same week, I brought my mother to the dealership to test drive the actual vehicle that she was to purchase and tack delivery of it. I have to say that Peter Smith was especially kind and patient with my mother in educating her on the operation of all of the cars features. He even encouraged her to test drive the car two times so that she could feel the difference in the cars various stability control settings. At no point was there any pressure and the actual purchasing process was quick and easy. Both my mother and I are very happy with the excellent customer service that we have received by this kind man. He is a true gentleman. More
