Everything was done by phone, they didn't have the car in stock so they dealer traded for the vehicle we wanted without making us come in to sign a contract in which would've taken hours of our time. All other dealers wanted us to come in to play the games in which I will not do. We picked up the car this afternoon, all paperwork was done at the agreed price, was out the door fairly quickly with our new car with out any games being played. Special thanks go out to Tracy Plante (who helped on my internet shopping facilitated the negotiation which occurred fully on line including trade in) and John Plewka who was very friendly and knowledgeable and got me thru the paperwork and explained all the car features. The deal would not have been possible without the trust and approvals from Taruj Siddiqui. Classic can be proud of both Tracey and John. Classic makes you feel at ease. I fully trust them and I am now 2 for 2 where this dealership backs up everything they say. No surprises, no switched cars, no price changes. Honest people running a great dealership and although it is far from my house, I expect to be doing business with Classic for a long time to come. They absolutely restore your faith in the way car dealers should act. Like a good mechanic, when you find a good dealer,.......... P.S. Just for any skeptics out there, I have no relationship with the dealership nor had I ever met before anyone I dealt with on this transaction.
