Classic Kia made purchasing a new car as simple as could be. I inquired about a car on their site and I heard back quickly from Tracey, a sales manager. She had no problem communicating over text, which made things much easier for me. She confirmed the car I wanted was available and even provided up front pricing information. This was such a relief as other Kia dealers refused to talk pricing unless I was in person. When I arrived at the dealership, she handed me over to a salesman, Enrique. He was very transparent about the sales process. He answered all the questions I had and allowed me a thorough test drive. When it was finally time to take possession of the car, he sat with me in the car reviewing all the features and answering additional questions. After, he encouraged me to play around with the settings and to grab him if I needed him for further help. The only hiccup was with financing: I had my own but was encourage to see what Kia would offer. Kia took awhile to come back with a decision so there was some time lost to that. But, I was offered additional incentives to take their financing over my own which helped in getting a fair price. When signing the paperwork, don’t gloss over the rapid initial/signature portion on the iPad. Lots of options like additional costs that are not required but will quickly add up if you just sign, sign, sign without reading. Overall, it was an easy process and I was pleased with their open communication, up front pricing information, and their goal to make it was simple as a process from beginning to end. I learned today that after all the problems with the Kia engines they replaced my engine with a re-worked engine and used and old oil pan and serpentine belt. The Service Manager tried to act like it was m engines they replaced my engine with a re-worked engine and used and old oil pan and serpentine belt. The Service Manager tried to act like it was my old belt but they put the broken belts in the trunk of my SUV when the engine was replaced. This was the 2nd new car I bought from them. They never fixed the recall of the door locks and seems the service is getting worse and so is the bad attitude. Who in the world would want an engine replaced with old parts. I'm officially done with them. More

Took my car for an oil change on Saturday. Got there at 7:00am waited a whole hour. Went home and my car was leaking oil. I must say this is not the first time they do this. Wish they would do their job right the first time so I wouldn’t have to turn around and go back so they can fix it. Very disappointed. And they laugh like it’s funny. No it’s an inconvenience for me. Classic Kia's sales and service department are 2nd to none. From the purchase of my Telluride to service I have been treated like a king. Worse service ever they lie to you sealing you promises when you buy a New car saying if any issues come back we will help you a 2021 Kia Sedona got into rear end hit body shop at Kia classic fix it like n when you buy a New car saying if any issues come back we will help you a 2021 Kia Sedona got into rear end hit body shop at Kia classic fix it like new but left few things unfix a plastic trim crack not replaced and they never did an alignment on the rear tires or even check it out after I pick this car up a noise while driving was notice father few weeks that noise was louder and louder when back to the shop they told me straight out they didn’t do nothing to the suspension they said they do body work and this was auto repair services department so they do nothing and my insurance did wan-to fixed because it was not stated on the claim so now dealing with the noise when to the auto service department and explain it my situation they also straigh out say they were too busy they can’t help me so now at this point I don’t want o drive this car like that anymore not knowing if more damage will be done by driving like that I ask them again gto help me about they for the second time said if you want take it to another Kia dealership at this point I was so disappointed amd yes I did went to Antioch Kia dealership they drive the car for 5 minutes and said that the tires was the issue that the car need it and alignment and tire rotation so I said go ahead and do it since previous dealer didn’t do it well the problem went to the front after they rotate tires I call them and they said drive it for at least 1000 miles it will go away and I did but yo today the noise never got less it went worse so end it up replacing all tires and the issue went a way and also when the oil change was done at waukegan Kia they put on my receipt at denied a full synthetic oil but I was never ask so I call back and they said they did it because full synthetic cost more when they supposed use full synthetic oil for these cars I also find out that here all review are 5 star and at better businesses bureau they have bad reviews More
