I worked at a different dealership in the area for over thirty years and have had contacts at many dealerships throughout my career. I can honestly say that I believe the professionalism at Classic Hyundai thirty years and have had contacts at many dealerships throughout my career. I can honestly say that I believe the professionalism at Classic Hyundai, in sales, service and parts is unparalleled in the automotive industry. Led by the General Manager Ben Villines, the staff at Classic Hyundai is fully focused on total customer satisfaction. My experience with Ben Villines, Kyle Presock and a salesman whos name escapes me right now, Rich Lloyd, Dave White, Jarrod Bencar, D.J. Kenner, Gregg Jopko, Dan Rowan, Jim Mayer and everyone else at Classic Hyundai has convinced me that the entire staff is a group of caring, friendly and fully trained and qualified people who treat you the way they would want to be treated and make you feel like welcomed family every time you visit. I am retired due to a disability and it gives me great peace of mind to know that the people at Classic Hyundai are always there for me when I need them. May God richly bless them all. James was very easy to work with, very personable, took great pains in explaining all of the features in the car. He was very thorough. He worked to get us the price we wanted to pay. Everything at Classic Hyundai has been a great experience. The purchase process was the most pleasant I ever had buying a car and the service has been great. Cost of service is high but to maintain warranty I go back to the dealer. When first purchasing the car tried to get info over the internet and salesman gave me the list price on the car with no negotiat back to the dealer. After a second request through Hyundai a different salesman contacted me and he was willing to deal and met my needs. Currently own 4 Hyundai's and felt I should be treated better the first time. On one of my cars the cylinder on the engine went bad and the technician did a great job repairing and keeping me informed. Same car the mirrors would not set themselves correctly when you pushed the button. Brought car in 3 times to look at and was told by the technision that the car is 4yrs old and that is probobly the problem with it. Contacted Hyundai and they told me to take it back as it should be repaired. Took it back and the technician went to move it and the Battery was dead. Replaced the battery and the mirrors started working correctly. Biggest question I had was why didn't someone at least check behind the mirror that a leaf or something wasn't effecting the mirror adj. Granted that would not have repaired it but the attempt would have been there. On the new car I purchased I should get a full tank of gas and when I got in it had less than a quarter tank. Salesman took and got filled. Got the car home and found that the seats needed to be cleaned. The car was on the showroom floor and was not cleaned inside when it came out. The Next time it needed fuel the electric door would not open and had to get to the handle to open manualy. Took the car to service and the Service Manager repaired and done. More
