The dealership is good on most counts, but when I try to schedule an oil change on my lunch hour, they also are at lunch, and they don't have late appts. Both young men knew the products, answered our questions, and helped us through the paperwork. Rick reviewed our contract and completedthe paperwork. Am satisfied with the overall pruchase process as well as the vehcile (a used 2007 Saturn Sky), which seems to be 1005 as described in your ad and the tracking recod info. Also, although the car is exceptionally clean (it was a 2nd car for pleasure use by the first & only owner, who purchase dit at Classic Saturn, your shop had it as clean as new when I picke dit up. Also, did not know about the 2 free oil changes & tire rotation service, included witht he purchase, until Rich informed me. A nice plus & surprise. Had been looking at used Skys for over a year, and this was the cleanest vehicle at a best price, well worth the 40 minute drive from Westlake. Have already shared my experience with a few friends, and again Thanks for making this one of the easiest automobile purchase processes I've ever been through, even though I'm from a family who's late Father was a long-time Ford Motor supervisor and who still buys Fords through their A/Z Plan pruchase process. I emailed interest in the vehicle I saw on the web early a.m. (or late the night before) and he got right back to me first thing a.m. when he got there and told me he would get all the answers to my questions and why not come in and take a look at it and test drive it that same night? We closed the deal that night. He was a dream to work with and so were your financial people. More

We have not done much with the service department, but they are very friendly and helpful when we have talked to them. We expect that the service will be escellent from what we have seen. The sales manager was very helpful to us and would go out of his way to make sure everything went well with the sale of the automobile. The people that we talked to in the service department were very friendly and assured us that we would get great service when the time came. We were also told we could bring the car in anytime to get it washed without cost. Sounded good to me. More
