I had looked at the Sonata for several months at Classic. Each time I went I was greeted politely without someone breathing down my neck to make a sale. My daughter who lives in PA needed a car & we had 2 days to get it done. I worked with Matt over the phone (I had purchased another new vehicle from him Jan 2010). The above mentioned sale and service I think are some of the best as compared to my first new car purchase (06 azera).john really treated me good,let me take out a 2.0 turbo for a test ride,very knowledgeab the best as compared to my first new car purchase (06 azera).john really treated me good,let me take out a 2.0 turbo for a test ride,very knowledgeable as far as the car,and almost talked me into it. Unfortunatly I hedged a bit and it was sold the first day.I came back in another day and John was off so James took care of me,assured me that he could get the turbo in red,didn't believe him because I searched every Hyundai dealer in Ohio and no one had it in red.To my suprise James called a few days later and said it's here when do you want it,next day I was standing in front of it and it now is mine.I happened to say to James,I'll bet this would look good with tinted windows,and he asked if I knew Jarrod in service,well I do and he reccomended Fastlane Trucks,I now have tinted windows courtesy of J.C. and also a great price on the tint. The reaction from friend is unbeieveable. It is an awesome car could not have picked a better color or sales staff. Thank you More

Kyle Presock was great to work with. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated that he went over the car with me before I drove it off the lot. First, this is my first ever new car and I am 60 years old. Everyone told me to make sure I take a man with me to assist in negotiating a good deal that would be beneficial to me. I went to the dealershi old. Everyone told me to make sure I take a man with me to assist in negotiating a good deal that would be beneficial to me. I went to the dealership on my own and while looking at the available Sonata's on the lot - John Rancourt approached me and asked if he could assist me. John made the purchase of my new Sonata a pleasurable experience. He was not pushy nor aggressive. I explained to him how nervous I was and he assured me not to worry as I test drove what would be my New 2011 Sonata. Upon picking up my new car a couple of days later, John carefully went over every detail of the car;i.e. radio,windshield wipers etc. John called the day I was to pick up the car and asked if I needed a ride to the dealership,which I did not, the courtesy was appreciated. I can't say enough about John. Fantastic is the only word that comes to mine. He has a kind,caring demeanor. It is all about satisfying the customer. John is truly an asset to the Hyundai dealership. My co-worker came with me to pick up my car and she was so thoroughly impressed that she is now considering buying a Sonata when her lease is up with her current vehicle. I LOVE MY NEW 2011 SONATA GLS!!!!!!!!!!! More
