He politely asked for 2 minutes to crunch some numbers. He called me back with great news, not only was I able to get a better price, but a better vehicle with better options. He was straight forward and knowledgeable. He even told me about the company history and educated me on the brand which are all very important factors for repeat business. We handled everything over the phone and I came in to sign the papers and take the car. It couldn't have been more smooth. More
