I dealt with him primarily through emails and he answered questions that I had. He followed up with me periodically to check on where I was at in my purchase process but not to the point that he was harassing me. He was the determining factor on me purchasing my car through Classic. Rob Sidley greeted us at Classic and told us about the car and the features offered.
