Who knew?? The last time I went by this particular dealership I had my car about 6 months and I needed some nitrogen in my tires. I had never put anything in the The last time I went by this particular dealership I had my car about 6 months and I needed some nitrogen in my tires. I had never put anything in them. The guy I talked to was so rude I ended up going to Discount Tire and just putting good ole air in them. I swore I wouldn’t go back there for service. I have gotten my oil changed other places and never went back until today. Cecil Del a Rosa Sr was so nice. I had called yesterday to see if I needed an appointment they assured me I didn’t. They rotated my tires put in new air filters and my car was ready in a couple of hours. As I was leaving I mentioned I had come out of the doctor the day before and all of my windows were rolled down and my sunroof was open. It was crazy. Cecil said yes that was a feature of my car. Lock it then hold down the unlock button and the windows roll down. Who new?? At least I now know I can open the windows and start getting rid of the hot air from inside the building. Oil change and tire rotation. I went in this morning for a oil change and tire rotation. Cecil Sr. greeted my wife and I right away and was very friendly. Quick Turnaround! I took my Honda Pilot in because the AC was not functioning correctly. They ran diagnostics on it and unfortunately I needed a new compressor. The mec I took my Honda Pilot in because the AC was not functioning correctly. They ran diagnostics on it and unfortunately I needed a new compressor. The mechanic sent me a video explaining their findings in a way that I could understand and see for myself what the issue was. Cecil kept me updated along the way via text which was very convenient. They were able to order the part, replace it, and I was able to pick up my vehicle the next afternoon! On top of that, they washed my car for me - no charge. My AC is back to working great, I’m a happy customer. More

The service department is amazing!! I sadly did not buy my daughter's car here, but that didn't matter to Cecil and his team. They took care of me like I was family. I took it in early Saturday morning and before noon or close to it they had looked at it sent me a video and a quote. They had to order the part but by early Tuesday afternoon they had it fixed and ready to go. I don't particularly like to be the one to take care of car stuff because I don't want to get the run around. Here that was not an issue and I was so grateful!
