This time I was assisted by some amazing people at Classic. My sales consultant was Ernesto Garcia and I found him to be very professional, efficient and especially considerate of my time. I did most of my research online and was working with 3 dealers in Midland and 1 in Big Spring when I decided to purchase from Classic. Ernesto was a huge part of my decision. He hung in there with me, answered all of my questions in a timely manner and he was so courteous. Upon finalizing my purchase of a 2020 Honda CRV I found 2 small issues with my Certified Used Honda. When I reported these issues too Ernesto he arranged for both to be taken care of. One involved Clear-Vu Auto Glass out of Lubbock; they came to my house in Big Spring to repair a small chip in the windshield. The 2nd issue called for a minor repair in the Classic Honda Service Department and Jason Greenhouse the Service Manager handled that one himself. He too was very efficient and kind. I felt like I received the deal I was looking for and was treated with the utmost respect and no high pressure sales tactics. I love my new, used Honda and I will always recommend Classic Honda to my Friends and Family. If I purchase another vehicle in the future, I will be back................ More

We recently had the best new car buying experience with Jeff Martinez. I came into the dealership with my granddaughter to be with her. as she was purchasing a new vehicle; she had thoroughly done her rese Jeff Martinez. I came into the dealership with my granddaughter to be with her. as she was purchasing a new vehicle; she had thoroughly done her research and knew that she wanted a new Honda CRV. She test drove the one she was interested in, and then we sat down with Jeff to discuss the terms/purchase. My granddaughter had already been pre-approved for an amount to purchase a new car and we really just wanted a no hassle experience. It was her first experience buying a new car, so it was important that she receive the best treatment and best deal possible. Jeff was so easy to work with and took the time to thoroughly listen to what she wanted, how much she could actually afford and worked with her to come to an agreeable price point. He treated her with respect and asked the appropriate questions. It's important when someone sits down with you and tells you exactly how much they can afford that the Honda representative does not argue with you or try to upsell you and talk you into something that you really cannot afford. It is especially important with a young person buying their first vehicle. It was a great experience overall although we did have a hiccup on something that Honda said was mandatory but was NOT. Once Jeff had a clear understanding of exactly what my granddaughter could afford, he worked with Jackie, the finance manager, to get her where she needed to be (shout out to Jackie). I have been a proud Honda car owner for over 30 years (several Honda vehicles) and love their dependability, their resell value and Honda's good customer service (I only use Honda for any maintenance). Jeff's positive manner and desire to work with my granddaughter to meet her needs cannot be commended enough. You treat people as you would like to be treated...that's what keeps good customers coming back. Thank you Jeff for treating us right. When I'm ready for my next Honda, I will be seeing you! More
