I had been in the market for a new to me car for a while, but hadn’t completely made up my mind. Once I did decide on what I wanted I immediately contacted Martin. I explained to him what I wanted and what car I was looking into. It was a used car. Martin called me and explained to me the difference between getting in to something new vs. old. I chose to go new, of course. Due to the nature of my job, it’s hard for me to get away and visit a dealership. I spoke with Ruben and we were able to get everything taken care of over the phone and my car was delivered to me at my house. Once delivered Ruben took the time to explain some of the features to me and it was a fairly smooth process from beginning to end. I’m all about customer service and these guys do it right! More
