Courtesy, Clarity and Professionalism I had done my homework and already decided on purchasing a 2015 Honda CR-V, so Daniele Owens didn't have to "sell" me on the vehicle. Regardless, she I had done my homework and already decided on purchasing a 2015 Honda CR-V, so Daniele Owens didn't have to "sell" me on the vehicle. Regardless, she made sure I was fully informed on all the features and advantages. She worked with me to take care of as many questions and "prep" as much of the paperwork process as possible before I actually came in to the dealership. There were some negotiations involved, which involved the finance manager Jeremy too. Both he and Daniele were very straightforward and forthcoming on every detail. Beginning to end and driving away in a new 2015 CR-V Touring model at a very nice price took four hours. In my experience, that's excellent for an A to Z visit. Another note: Heather Maggi, another sales associate at Classic Honda, has great knowledge of some of the high-tech features on the CR-V, and though it was not her sale, she jumped right in at my invitation and provided excellent additional information. I'm an old guy and I've spent far too much time and had too many poor experiences in auto dealerships. This experience was altogether positive. They earned my recommendation. More

Kalyn was excellent and extremely knowledgable about all the products that we were interested in and he and the staff worked with us to get us the best deal in town! I was really impressed with how hard they all worked to gain our business; not just for the day but as a life-long customer. There was a strong team-atmosphere which was really refreshing to as well. I was extremely impressed by the friendliness and honesty of all the staff. Everyone was very respectful and treated our family well while we there. We really enjoyed our experience and would absolutely reccomend to others! More
Deception and Lies. I naively let them add fees to the agreed upon sale price basically taking the price back to where it started. I have since learned I didn't need to pay these fees, but it was late at night, I was in a new city, with a new job, and I needed reliable transportation. Then the finance manager lied about the lifetime oil change package she sold me. She said it provided full synthetic oil, was transferrable to the next owner, and was good at any Honda dealership. All lies, it provides the cheaper synthetic blend, isn't transferrable, and is only good at that dealership, and of course if the dealership changes names or owners next year, the plan is worthless. More
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I bought what I thought was a "certified" used vehicle (BMW) from Honda of Midland. Within 6 months of owning the vehicle it spent at least 2 months ( I bought what I thought was a "certified" used vehicle (BMW) from Honda of Midland. Within 6 months of owning the vehicle it spent at least 2 months (if not more) in the shop. The vehicle has extensive FLOOD damage when sold to me, which none of this was disclosed. I have sent the car in for service 4 times, and often left with more issues than I had before I took it in. Honda of Midland is an unethical company, who does not back up their motto. I am stuck with a vehicle that I can not trade in, and can not sell to another person due to the flood damage. I continue to struggle with this company and get no where. I do not recommend doing business with this local dealer. Since the time of purchase, the dealership has gone through several leadership changes, and each new person guaranteed the issues would be fixed. Here we are 8 months later, with no help and I am stuck in the same situation I was in before. More
