Good sales experience, but follow-up is horrible Initially i left a review on DealerRater because our purchase experience went well. That was around July 2nd. I purchased a car for my soon-to-be 16 y Initially i left a review on DealerRater because our purchase experience went well. That was around July 2nd. I purchased a car for my soon-to-be 16 year old over 2 months before her birthday because she was looking forward to driving to school. After 6 weeks of waiting for the plates to arrive, i contacted Danielle 3 times with no return call. Finally i was told that I'd have to have the vehicle inspected, send the dealership the original, and then wait for weeks before getting the tags. I paid for the inspection, sent it in, heard nothing for days, then called three more times before being told that "unfortunately it takes 4-6 weeks to receive a duplicate title from the state we are requesting it from." My daughter's school won't issue parking tags on temp plates, so despite my planning, the dealership's poor performance will prevent her from driving to school for the first month that she's eligible. May not sound lile a big deal but i wrote a decent sized check to make it happen and now i'm stuck waiting. Still haven't gotten as much as an apology from the dealership. More

After setting up an appointment, I got cold feet regarding the purchase, even though I knew it was a very sound deal. Two days went by and I kept thinking about the car. Decided to go to the dealership and check it out. Figured if it was still there, it must be my car. It was and now it is. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and tried very hard to get me the best deal. Jeremy Clark worked with me on the financing and George Rodriguez took me on my test drive and Daniele Owens was just friendly and helpful while I was waiting to see Kalyn. Overall this was a wonderful experience. Customer Service is huge in my book and this team pulls it off seamlessly. I look forward to our dealings in the future, and I've already shared my experience with a few friends and family. More

The service center along with the owner of Classic Honda stood behind this gently used vehicle and took care of ordering a brand new part so that we received our Jeep back in less than a week. They covered all costs associated with the labor and materials it took to get our vehicle back on the road. My next vehicle will be purchased at this same location because of their customer service and loyalty to their customers. More

Buying my first Honda. First car I drove, I ended up buying. Daniele Owens met us at the door and assigned Travis White to assist us. Travis was impressive and a true asset to your company. I was a little disappointed on the time it took to do the paper work. Gary Coleman needs some updated equipment to speed up the process. Even though we were paying cash, it took time in signing the documents. I did the negotiating with George Rodriguez. He was very friendly over the phone but when we were in the dealership, he did not ever acknowledge us. I feel the price was very comparable to Fort Worth pricing. More
