Well I was met by a female car salesman and came off kinda friendly. Well she had help me narrow down my search and I'm stuck on a silver honda odyssey. I've always know Honda to be a great running car but after "Jenny" gave me information about the saftey features, I'll most definintly want my family in that car. I have yet to make a final decision on a new investment, but all in all Honda was great. I like to see who I can trust with a lifetime commitment. More

I figured while I was out of town I could check around and see the difference in price, options, etc. I came to Classic Honda of Midland already knowing the make and model of what I was interested in, but decided to play along. I met Jenny and told her I didn't really know what kind of vehicle I wanted, but I wanted to get some info so I could mull it all over. Jenny in no way put pressure on me to make a decision. We chatted briefly and she gave her opinion on a vehicle. I said that it wasn't a bad car, it just didn't feel right for me. Jenny actually took the time to go into more detail with me. She asked about what my expectations were, and what was really important to me. Even though I know Jenny must commission on her sales, she didn't once try to put me into something that I felt like it would benefit her more than me. The car I was sure about in Austin now has competition. I honestly was so blown away by her outstanding customer service that I am now debating between a dealership here and the one in Midland. I would and just might make the trip back. Thank you Jenny and Classic Honda of Midland, your customer service is second to none. More

He was patient not in a rush and gave his honest opinion on the civic and other competitive cars! I appreciated the service package of free maintenance for the life of my car loan. This allowed me to have a peace of mind and to trust the Honda brand. It was nation wide and not limited so I feel like it was worth the extra investment. I was blessed to know that my payments were just going to be 60 dollars more than my Chevy Cruze. Even though I was upside down, I felt like it was a fair deal considering maintenance is free and my car is warranty. Definitely love the peace of mind I've received sincey purchase.
