quick service on recall replacement of passenger air bag I was impressed by the friendliness as well as professionalism of the staff starting with Gus Junker at my arrival at 7:30 am . I was back on my way within 2 hrs even though I was told that the job itself would take 30-40 minutes . The dirt was rinsed off my car and I was given a needed and installed front license plate holder( although it had the Classic Honda name as advertisement) . I was pleased by the cleanliness of all the facility I was able to observe and use including the waiting room being so modern and clean and spacious and having bottled water and great coffee available. The website is excellent and easy to use to sched appt and it is great to get the reminder on email and text. I like Joey's TV media presence and professional demeanor. Nick is very good at what he does as well as courteous. More

You're wonderful. 2 stars because they removed my personal license plate cover & replaced it with a dealership one. When I asked about it, they said it was in the backseat. It wasn't. They may have forgotten to put it there. Who knows. The guy at the front desk grabbed it from the back & put it back on using 2 screws rather than the 4 it came in with. I'm a reader of reviews & if I came across this I'd think I was being pretty petty, to be sure. Here's why it bothered me so badly. If these are the kinds of things you're willing to do in plain sight, what corners are you cutting when not in view? Thankfully there is another Honda dealership in the area as I will not be returning to this one. More
My Experience At first I felt like I was kind of on my own, but after using a new, clean loaner vehicle and being pleasantly surprised to get my freshly vacuumed & At first I felt like I was kind of on my own, but after using a new, clean loaner vehicle and being pleasantly surprised to get my freshly vacuumed & washed car back all I could do was smile. It was the small things they did, along with the wash my license plate had been bent it had a new plate frame. Proud to have it on my car Midland Honda. I was even given a new screw which had come loose & held my battery to my key holder. Thank you Honda, Judy Grady More

Blinkers I took my vehicle to your service department. On Monday the 15th. It took the tech three hours only to tell me it wasn't fixable because they didn't h I took my vehicle to your service department. On Monday the 15th. It took the tech three hours only to tell me it wasn't fixable because they didn't have the parts. I asked for my vehicle to be checked and serviced only to find out the air filter wasn't changed the brake fluid was not topped off. I was told the air bags were replaced due to a recall the next day my air bag light warning light came on. Also a license plate liner was placed on my plate. Your techs took the time to put a plate liner on my tag but couldn't top off my brake fluid? I'm never going back to your service department I'd rather drive to el paso and let them work on my vehicle. More
