He not only got me a better price than discount tires did but had my car in the following day. When I came to pick up my car he had it washed and sitting on the service drive for me. Awesome service! I received awesome service! They repaired an older vehicle that is having lots of issues. They made sure I had a vehicle to drive while the repairs I received awesome service! They made sure I had a vehicle to drive while the repairs were being done, and they were very patient with me as I lost my credit card right when I needed to pay for the repairs! Gus was normally the Service Representative that assisted me with oil changes, and an issue with the low tire indicator coming on. This time, Gus was unavailable, so Nick assisted me with the tire issue. Persistence was the name of the game this time. After several visits with the same issue, not only did they provide me with a vehicle while the car was in the shop, but went above and beyond the care that has been given me with prior car dealerships. This was an unusual circumstance, and the owner, service manager and Nick went what is my opinion the best care a customer could ever expect. I am so pleased with their care, concern and resolve.
