Rocky Start but Hoping for a Good Finish I gave 4 stars because I honestly had a bad experience over the past few months with the service department. However, I know they have recently made some changes and on my last visit this week I'm hopeful that they located the correct problem (finally) and the new Service Advisor I dealt with - Red - was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew right away what the possible issue I was having was after I explained to him what had been happening. I had taken my car in 4 other times and paid money for parts and labor that I probably didn't even need - since they didn't solve the issue - and had told the previous service advisor the same issues. Needless to say I wasn't a happy camper but I'm crossing my fingers that this last trip has taken care of my issue and will restore my confidence in the service department again. More

He was friendly and professional. I requested an oil change and tire rotation. He immediately offered me a water (greatly appreciated) and took my car back. Ten minutes later he informed me that I was in need of a cabin filter and air filter. He showed me the existing filthy filters. He was right. I was concerned that it would take a long time to get done, because I was in a Toyota at a Honda dealership. I was shocked when my car was ready to go less than an hour later. Elmi and the cashier were very friendly. I recommend everyone take their vehicles to them, for their service, regardless of the make. They will surpass your expectations. More
