emergency service need On a recent family road trip from Phoenix to Dallas our 2016 Honda Pilot acted up on the highway. The dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and the v On a recent family road trip from Phoenix to Dallas our 2016 Honda Pilot acted up on the highway. The dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and the vehicle began jerking and hesitating. We quickly pulled off the road shut the car off for a few minutes and started it back up. Car began to drive ok but emissions fault code remained on dashboard. We had several more miles of our trip to go and were worried. We stopped at the Honda dealership in Odessa but they could not help us because their master mechanic had already left for the day. We then made our way to the Honda dealership over in Midland, TX. Toney the service rep took great care of us. The code reset and they checked everything out and ensured us that the vehicle was ok for continued travel. Mike and Red also were very helpful. I really appreciate the service extended to us at this dealership. They had us in and out in about 30 minutes or so. More

Great Listeners I made several trips to the dealership. My first was just looking and wanted to test drive a CRV but told them I would not be making a purchase for a I made several trips to the dealership. They were great at demonstrating all the safety features and when as far as to show me price of the features I was interested in and told me about various options of leasing or purchasing. Visited the next time and the manager was the only available as the rest were in a sales meeting. Greatest experience I have ever had with a person at a dealership. I came back and test drove and ridgeline and they once again were very helpful and obliging. They listened to what I was looking for instead of pushing something on me and we found the best match. They really cared about me and my needs being met. More
