I had taken my CRV in for a rattling noise. Red tried starting and driving my car several times at different times of day. Of course, my car wouldn't make the noise. I had gone to pick it back up thinking I was imagining things. When Red was driving my car into the garage for me to take home, heard the noise. He immediately took my car back into the garage so the repair tech could hear and see what was wrong. I was so thankful that Red didn't ignore the problem for me to have to handle at a later date. They are thorough and genuinely nice people. More
