Classic Honda Orlando - Service Center

The mechanic falsified the work that was done on my vehicle. I almost drive away paying for a service that was not done, and they tried to be disingenuous about it. Customer service is usually very good however, the service writer failed to notify me when the vehicle was ready. In fact I called to check on vehicle and found it ready. I have only used the service department and they are always good and truethfull except dealing with car play in my 2017 Accord. I had an appointment for an oil and filter change, as well as tire rotation. My appointment was 2:45pm, but took another half hour to be seen. I came in for an airbag recall replacement for my steering wheel so got a new airbag but it took 2.5 hours to do which is too much time. I could have done it much faster myself.
