The mechanic falsified the work that was done on my vehicle. I almost drive away paying for a service that was not done, and they tried to be disingenuous about it. I had an appointment for an oil and filter change, as well as tire rotation. My appointment was 2:45pm, but took another half hour to be seen. I also have noticed my car has been hesitant starting, so wa well as tire rotation. My appointment was 2:45pm, but took another half hour to be seen. I decided to wait and see if problem continued b4 spending the diagnostic charges. It had just started the day b4 coming in. All else went well. More
I came in for an airbag recall replacement for my steering wheel so got a new airbag but it took 2.5 hours to do which is too much time. I could have done it much faster myself.
