I had an appointment for an oil and filter change, as well as tire rotation. My appointment was 2:45pm, but took another half hour to be seen. I came in for an airbag recall replacement for my steering wheel so got a new airbag but it took 2.5 hours to do which is too much time. I could have done it much faster myself. I had a 10:00am appointment I waited over 3 hours for a software update and they just now got the car in for service at 1:20 pm. Took my car in for service in January and no one checked the shelf life of the car battery. Then took it back in approx. 3 weeks ago because the battery failed and the dash board was showing that the Tir the shelf life of the car battery. Then took it back in approx. 3 weeks ago because the battery failed and the dash board was showing that the Tire pressure was low. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. Brought it back up there on Friday because tire pressure light came on again, they said that they fixed it. On my way home on I-4 it came on again. I made an appointment with Winter Haven Honda to do a second check. Car had a nail in the tire. The tire was replaced by Winter Haven Honda. Will not be back up there. Traded a 2008 CRV because the oil was going into the gas tank. You could not fix that. Traded for a 2000 HRV. Clutch could not go into reverse. You could not fix that also. Trader that in for 2020 CRV. I live more than t20 miles from your service center. Unacceptable. More
Good dealership and service department. However the CSR that handled my service did not have it together. I was told 1hr 30 minutes for my service.
