Classic Honda dealer used to be my Fav. Now It hires unprofessional people to do a professional job? I brought my car to Classic Honda to get it fixed first time back on November 2023 it wasn’t done properly( waited for 5 hours). I brought my car back second time I was set to meet Mathew on Dec 20th, 2023 and he ordered the part and he said; he would call me back on Friday which supposed to be Dec 22 2023, but til now over new year He (Mathew) never called me. I called back and left the massage and I still haven’t heard anything from him. I will contact Honda manufacturer to see what they can do More

Totally disappointed. Now I have to go back and have some damage repaired. The tire pressure was different in each tire The left headlight was not replaced as requested before service was performed. Now the Low Tire light on ALL THE TIME. They broke something to cause this. Once they fix this stuff I Will Not Be Back. I've been bringing my car there for years, but not anymore. Sooooo disappointing More
