Service Department I scheduled an appointment for an oil change when I arrived Mr. Jay Banks assisted me & informed me that there was an approximate hour and a half wait I scheduled an appointment for an oil change when I arrived Mr. Jay Banks assisted me & informed me that there was an approximate hour and a half wait even thought I had an appointment. Discouraged by this information, I called and asked my son to bring my work computer so that my waiting would not be in vain. Before my son could arrive, Mr. Banks approached me indicating that my vehicle was ready. This was extremely encouraging considering my hectic schedule. He also prepared my oil rebate form prior to my going to the cashier (prior rebates had to be submitted twice because the form was not processes at the time of the oil change). The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because the Multi-Point Inspection Report Card was not discussed with me, & there are two items requiring future attention. I will address them ASAP. Thank you for you prompt and courteous serious. More

Recall Service Well I have to say I pulled into the service area and I was greeted by Jay Banks one of the service writers! He was smiling and pleasant and very unde Well I have to say I pulled into the service area and I was greeted by Jay Banks one of the service writers! He was smiling and pleasant and very understanding. I was there becasue I made appointment to have some recall work ( Fuel pump and master brake cylinder) done on my Odyssey Van. Well He asked me the questions of did I have appointment and I said yes. He went inside to look it up and it was not there. I made a mistake by not telling him that I was there to drop it off for a 7 AM appointment! He went back inside with a smile and said " Do not worry it is okay as I offered my apologies about the mix up of my fault! Well Jay Banks found my appointment and wrote the paper work and all before I even got out the van and into his little desk. I use a cane becasue I am going through Chemo and radiation for throat cancer and Jay went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and made sure he explained everything as well as came around the desk to have me sign the paperwork so I did not have to stretch! I also needed to get the shuttle home becasue I had not ride and Honda ( THe manufacturer did not offer loaner for this recall ( they should have) which 8 hours plus dropping it off the night before was tough with my health situation! I was not to get my van back till about 3 or 4 PM yet at 11 AM I got a call from Jay and he told me my van was ready. I asked how becasue of the time frame. He started with apology that the fuel pump work was dome yet the brake cylinder parts were special order and they would take a week to get into their shop. I am a bit upset with the women ( whose name I did not write down) who answered the phone and made the appointment. She should have checked and said we can order the parts and when they come in we will call and schedule appointment! SHe did not. And that pisses me off! The shuttle driver took about an hour to come fetch me from my home ( 1.3 miles straight down the road) and took me to dealership. I walked in and Jay was on the phone and quickly ended the call. Explained to me again about the parts being on special order and I explained to him that I will have Radiation starting monday for the next 7 weeks Monday through Friday. He said do not worry we will work something out to get your van here and get you home and ensure that it does not interfere with your medical treatments! I have never had service this good at any car dealer or service establishment in my life! Even Good year where I can see the sign from my home does not give the kind of Customer service that Jay BAnks and Classic honda has given me! THey make you wait and wait to even ask how they can help you and then tell you all the things wrong with your vehicle before even starting to grab the paper work let alone start writing! I am sure Mr. Banks will make me happy again when the parts come in and accommodate me and my health with transportation and scheduling around my appointments to get me there and back home and back there in atimely matter! I want to say Mr. Jay Banks was the most pleasant for I talked to a couple of service personnel while waiting for shuttle and trust me I am glad I got JAy as the person I had to deal with. THank YOu JAy BAnks More
