I was concerned because my low tire pressure signal came on my screen in my car. I had someone near me check them and they added air then recalibrated and pretty soon it came up again so I took it to the de on my screen in my car. I went in for service on my Honda pilot had my 2 tie rods messed up the mechanic told me nothing was wrong with it he had a attitude because I told him I had my mechanic look at it where I work at and it was messed up the mechanic told me nothing was wrong with it he had a attitude because I told him I had my mechanic look at it where I work at and it was my two tie rods messed up he went to speak to the manager in charge who also gave me attitude I wasted 4 hour there while I had to b at work had another mechanic look at it when he finally said yes there is something wrong with my car took them 6 days to return my car I still continue to come here for my service but the manager and mechanic made me feel very uncontrollable.. I told the manager I felt like I’m wasted my day there he answer no u did not waste your time on a rude way like yes sir I did nothing came out of that I will not refer anyone to that location sorry More
Just got to the service center and so far there just average. Been there 3 times and well first time was great. The second time was not good at all. I scheduled an oil change and them to look at radi average. Been there 3 times and well first time was great. The second time was not good at all. I scheduled an oil change and them to look at radio. And why it gets fuzzy using apple car play I was told no that have to reschedule a different appointment. All he wanted to do was the oil change. I even asked for a tire quote and I gave me a little sticky note like really. The third time I went was to get them to look at my radio like I ask the second time and told him it get all fuzzy when use Apple car play. The service magically immediately gave me the excuse it’s the iPhone with out even asking. I had to argue with him to even take a ride with me to show him what I was taking about. which he did see it and said it’s just apple. So again nothing got fixed. So I blame the service managers there are not good. But the technician at lest seems to know what there doing. I just hope that actually did my service like they said they do. More
Classic Honda service department is a class operation. I bought my Honda from another dealership but quickly became disenchanted with their operation and switched my business to classic. The most recent visit was better than ever. JoJo the service representative was perfect. The customer waiting area is like home. The team is honest and cordial. They have snacks at the ready as you might desire. They stick as much as possible to committed schedule. No surprises in any way. If I ever need a new car, this is where I'd go. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. More
