She is definitely a keeper - a wonderful lady who really sees to it that everything needed is cared for in an inimitably professional yet delightfully personable way. Maribel really knows her job; she is a highly skilled people person. Classic Honda ain't too bad either (just kidding - it is without question the best dealership I've ever worked with). Excellent Service Experience I had an excellent service experience recently at Classic Honda. I was due for my 15,000 mile service on my 2013 Accord and Fernando Nunez was my ser I had an excellent service experience recently at Classic Honda. I was due for my 15,000 mile service on my 2013 Accord and Fernando Nunez was my service advisor. Fernando explained what was included at that level of service and reassured me that if the service persons recommended additional service or replacement of any parts, that he would inform before such work was done. (Thankfully no additional work was required.) I had to call later regarding a warning light that I noticed was on, long after I had left the dealership. I was able to reach Fernando by phone right away and he gave me instructions to turn off the warning light, thereby eliminating an unnecessary return trip. (This warning light occurrence is fairly common to 2013 Accords and is not an actual problem at all.) Fernando Nunez was very professional and personable throughout and I highly recommend him and the Service Department at Classic Honda. More

I don't recall when Josh Swiernik became our service advisor, however it's more than 2 children ago. Josh is definitely a factor in determining which dealership services our vehicles. Josh also sees that my 2014 honda accord gets the services she needs. More
