Upon my arrival I was cared for by the service team very quickly and want to again endorse especially the customer service skills displayed by Maribel Franco, who has been my service advisor for about 11 years now. She is superb - she always makes sure that you have excellent service, and comfort while waiting (which I usually do) or a rental car if you need to leave your car for the entire day. She's a keeper, and Classic Honda is VERY fortunate to have her. She is a very important part of the team providing service after the sale that makes this dealership, without question, the best one I have ever dealt with, Honda (for 30 years) or otherwise. Excellent Service I purchased my 2013 Honda Touring in October 2013 at Classic Honda and have been taking my car there every since for my service. Don't waste your time. About a year ago we had our (lifetime guarantee) tint done here and days later noticed a scratch in the tint. They didn't want to fix it, so I just let it slide since such a minor thing... But recently we have had multiple negative experiences with the Service Dept here. I was told 4 different things by a service advisor named Josh, when a different advisor told me a completely seperate thing needed on the phone, before bringing our car in to be serviced. They also never want to take the coupons provided and try to sell you unnecessary services. When you decline additional services, they tell you it wasn't really needed anyway....? Had an appointment for a simple oil change and it still took 2 hours. While waiting during the oil change I sat in a room alone watching tv. About an hour into it a salesman sits a woman (who was purchasing a car from him) down next to me and hands her the remote, encouraging her to change the channel I was watching, offering her a drink and making sure she was comfortable and taken care of. I definitely got the feeling that if you aren't planning on buying a car that day, you mean nothing to them. Even though you purchased a car from them already.. Also this company offers rebate checks for your next oil change. Good luck getting those. And if you try talking to the Service manager Dervin about the checks, he will flat out tell you that you are "wasting his time".. I recommend Headquarter Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. We bought our other Honda from them and have had nothing but a great experience! More

LIGHTS, NUMBERS AND WRENCH ON THE DASH Maribel Franco was assigned my service call last week for a routine oil change and tire balance as indicated by my dashboard indicators; 2014 Honda Ac Maribel Franco was assigned my service call last week for a routine oil change and tire balance as indicated by my dashboard indicators; 2014 Honda Accord. I procrastinated longer than I possibly could because of the inconvenience of sitting at the dealership, coming in early to get a decent appointment, etc. However, when I called at noon, I was given a 2pm appointment with no wait, same day. Maribel reviewed my service needs, advised me of 1.5 hour interval and no charges due to my current service plan in place. I settled down at a table with a project due for the weekend, worked diligently and as I was finishing up, Maribel approached me...it was 3:30pm to give me the 'all ready' notice. She also advised me of what to expect for my next visit in service costs. Maribel Franco's professionalism and accuracy is greatly appreciated. It made this visit painless. I wish all such visits could go so well. More
