Service Advisers at Classic Honda I don't go to dealerships often. I actually try to avoid them if at all possible. But I will say that I actually enjoy going to Classic Honda on Wes I don't go to dealerships often. I actually try to avoid them if at all possible. But I will say that I actually enjoy going to Classic Honda on West Colonial, and that is because of the service writers/advisers. Maribel, Josh, and Jay have always been easy to work with, pleasant and patient. Customers need to remember that it takes a lot of patience to deal with the public coming to you for work on their automobiles. These three have the personality and patience to do this job very well. In addition, their relationships with the techs is another key factor why I go to Classic Honda. They know their techs well and they communicate well with them. I especially appreciate it when they escort me back to the shop to make sure I understand what's going on with my car. Jay Banks recently did this with me to discuss (between customer-service adviser-tech) an issue with my suspension. This is how customer service should be! More
