Taking care of my Pilot I set up an appointment with Jay Banks to have the 60,000 service done on my Pilot, oil change, transmission fluid, etc. plus I needed rear brakes. I I set up an appointment with Jay Banks to have the 60,000 service done on my Pilot, oil change, transmission fluid, etc. plus I needed rear brakes. I arrived a little earlier than my scheduled time, but the service team got me in and got working my vehicle. I told Jay that I had a coupon for brakes from another Honda dealer and he worked it out so I got the same price. I relaxed in the comfy waiting room, enjoyed coffee and cookies while I waited. The service team had all of the work completed in under 3 hours which included washing the exterior of the car and vacuuming the interior. A big thank you to Jay and the entire service team! More

Professional Service Center at the Classic Honda in Orlando I brought the car in to diagnose the symptoms while the wheel speed control started shaking, needs to test and determine which is causing the problem.
