Great Customer Service I called Classic Honda and spoke to a very nice gentleman over the phone after telling him that I needed to have my daughters car towed at the dealear I called Classic Honda and spoke to a very nice gentleman over the phone after telling him that I needed to have my daughters car towed at the dealearship to have a look at why the vehicle would not start. He took all my information and told me that I would be working with Dwight Dowe. Spoke to Dwight on the phone who was super nice and went out of his way to give us that awesome customer service spirit that we here so much about at Honda Dealerships. Classic Honda was our first choice in making sure that we start and build a relationship with a reputable individual and we found that person through Dwight. Hospitable and efficient I bought my car here a while ago and they made me feel confident and comfortable with my first car purchase. This recent visit, however was for my first service. It took roughly an hour and a half to get the oil changed and tires rotated. As I was waiting where there is coffee and popcorn readily available, a woman came around offering us snacks and water as well. I have had nothing but good experiences. The guy who helped me with the service was Dave. More
