Going above and beyond Richard went above and beyond for me when I came in on August 13th 2018 to have my rear break change and my key fab battery change. They did a full diagnostic in my 2016 accord to make sure that it was running a motherly. I had left facility to go take care of some errands and my phone had died at the time. Richard took his time to call me multiple time and left a voicemail message Plus text me which was great to make sure that he reach me so he can talk to me and give me the best recommendation for my vehicle. Shameful service. Shameful experience. I had a factory battery replaced in Oct of '16 while the car was still under warranty. It was a 500CCA or 3yr battery. That batte Shameful experience. That battery died 8/5 on the other side of the Osceola County on a Sunday pretty far from a Honda dealership, ON A SUNDAY. I Ubered to a WalMart after trying to jump it for 30mins with dead battery in hand. Get it changed go and on the road. Today I call this place to verify that it was still under warranty whether by an inch or a mile. The lady on the phone said yes after looking me up and said they would prorate the difference. I arrive at the service department and Mr. Dowe informed me that not only was it not available for warranty as it was a warranty replacement but would not be prorated either. Good Job on customer service. I may only live a couple of miles away but please remember I get to choose where I spend my money and suggest to each and every one of my neighbors in College Park to choose another place. More
Service at Classic Honda Orlando Florida We have been very happy with the sales and service at Coggin Honda, but this time we had written on the instruction sheet that we needed the moon roof We have been very happy with the sales and service at Coggin Honda, but this time we had written on the instruction sheet that we needed the moon roof looked at as it leaks. Our service advisor, Dwight Dowe, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. But when it came to checking out, my wife asked about the moon roof. That point was completely overlooked. So we will have to bring the vehicle back to find out what's going on with the moon roof, which is not as easy task as we live about 43+ miles away. Not happy about that. Saying that, we will continue to have our Odyssey serviced at Coggin. More

Maribel Franco is my service I recently took my 2014 Odyssey in for oil change and tire rotation and what I thought was a single recall on the seats. Maribel Franco is my service advisor and she was completing an earlier customers paperwork when I arrived and she asked me to go have a seat and she would come to me when she was finished and she did. I am recovering from major surgery and she saw that I was a little frail so when she came to me she told me that there were actually 2 recalls and 2 other services due under the warranty and it would take 5 hours to do it all. I gave her the okay to do it all an she offered to get me a ride home but I decided to stay and they actually took care of everything in less than 4 hours and I was on my way. Maribel always does the best to take care of me even if I show up without an appointment. I have been more than pleased with the care provided for me and my car by Maribel Franco and classic Honda.
