Always Excellent Service I recently took my 2014 Odyssey in for oil change and tire rotation and what I thought was a single recall on the seats. Maribel Franco is my service I recently took my 2014 Odyssey in for oil change and tire rotation and what I thought was a single recall on the seats. Maribel Franco is my service advisor and she was completing an earlier customers paperwork when I arrived and she asked me to go have a seat and she would come to me when she was finished and she did. I am recovering from major surgery and she saw that I was a little frail so when she came to me she told me that there were actually 2 recalls and 2 other services due under the warranty and it would take 5 hours to do it all. I gave her the okay to do it all an she offered to get me a ride home but I decided to stay and they actually took care of everything in less than 4 hours and I was on my way. Maribel always does the best to take care of me even if I show up without an appointment. I have been more than pleased with the care provided for me and my car by Maribel Franco and classic Honda. Imraaz Hosein was amazing I had an appointment scheduled with Imraaz for my 25K oil change and other services.
