First time using Classic Honda for service and may I say Hakeem is the only person you should be dealing with in service. I came in with a coupon and Hakeem was quick to get me checked in going over how the Hakeem is the only person you should be dealing with in service. Dealership has video MPI and Hakeem was very honest and gave really good advice on taking care of my vehicle. Will be my GO TO PERSON. More

I am very upset because I called by fone and make appointment to "RECALL" my Honda CRV. I waked up early and 7:30am I was at Classic Honda. My surprise was a big store don't have parts to make a r appointment to "RECALL" my Honda CRV. I waked up early and 7:30am I was at Classic Honda. My surprise was a big store don't have parts to make a recall. And more they will want make appointment two weeks after. In fact, I have doubt if I go back in this store! More

I've never been more pleased with a dealer. They worked very hard to find the right parts for my older model car, in one case returning many shipments before receiving and installing right one They worked very hard to find the right parts for my older model car, in one case returning many shipments before receiving and installing right one. They did whatever they had to do including flushing and cleaning the fuel tank. The car runs like it never has before. The bill was extremely reasonable and, while they had my car, they provided me with a free loaner. Love those guys in their service department! More
