Joshua Swiernik came to me to let me know what brake service needed to be done. It wasn't as bad as I thought it might be and he didn't try to upsell me service I didn't need. Brakes are working better now, no shaking in the steering wheel like before. A $50 off coupon at another Honda dealership in the area was honored. My vehicle was taken care of and I will be back again for future service. More
