I stopped in at 430pm with no appointment and was treated as if I did. They were able to get me right in. The service attendant was very helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond for me. Had my car worked on July 29th 2021. The advisor Josh Swiernik was very helpful and answered all questions. Matt, who was my service rep, was OVER THE TOP EXCELLENT! When I checked in with him, he told me that my service appointment would take about 2.5 hours. I was upset as I had been told when i scheduled the When I checked in with him, he told me that my service appointment would take about 2.5 hours. I was upset as I had been told when i scheduled the appointment that it would take 1 hour. I scheduled at the particular time as I had to get back to work after my supposedly 1 hour appointment. Matt said he would do what he could to get my appointment pushed through within 1 hour. I was fully ready to wait the 2.5 hours, as I have been through this before. Lo and behold, after 1 hour, Matt came and got me as my service check up was completed!!! Matt saved my day!!! More
