Matt, who was my service rep, was OVER THE TOP EXCELLENT! When I checked in with him, he told me that my service appointment would take about 2.5 hours. I was upset as I had been told when i scheduled the When I checked in with him, he told me that my service appointment would take about 2.5 hours. I was upset as I had been told when i scheduled the appointment that it would take 1 hour. I scheduled at the particular time as I had to get back to work after my supposedly 1 hour appointment. Matt said he would do what he could to get my appointment pushed through within 1 hour. I was fully ready to wait the 2.5 hours, as I have been through this before. Lo and behold, after 1 hour, Matt came and got me as my service check up was completed!!! Matt saved my day!!! More
