The mechanic did fix my car. However, communication is gravely lacking with the advisor/agent. There are 3 ways offered to get updates. They were all useless. 1) service tracker board was not being updated. 2) you can text your agent but you won’t get any answers. 3) you can call customer service but even they won’t be able to get in contact with the agent. My car was late. I was promised the car at 1 PM. After calling for 4 hours, the agent finally answered his phone and told me the car wasn’t ready. Why not tell me sooner??? I found out at 5 PM after calling for hours. I work 12 hour shifts so I couldn’t pick up my car the next day and had to uber to work (40 minutes away). The following day, I literally had to show up at his desk because I never got an update. So no, I will never go back there! Save myself the headache. More

Angelo was my advisor who answered my many questions. He’s very friendly, low key, and knowledgeable. Scott, too, is very helpful. I went to get my car serviced for an oil change and Luis was my service technician. I had some concerns about my coolant, possibly being low as I could not see the lines on the side. Instead of him only ver was my service technician. I had some concerns about my coolant, possibly being low as I could not see the lines on the side. Instead of him only verbally telling me that they were filled as high as possible, he went out of his way to show me Where the lines were hidden for me to be able to find it. He also gave me a cheat code paper to help me understand the codes for my car as this is my first Honda. Perfect customer service :) More
First time using Classic Honda for service and may I say Hakeem is the only person you should be dealing with in service. I came in with a coupon and Hakeem was quick to get me checked in going over how the Hakeem is the only person you should be dealing with in service. I am very upset because I called by fone and make appointment to "RECALL" my Honda CRV. I waked up early and 7:30am I was at Classic Honda.
